LDM: Listening Self-Assessment Preview
Listening Self-Assessment
Once you have mastered the content and completed all the activities embedded in the course content thus far, you can take Les défis mondiaux - Listening Self-Assessment Exercise. You have two opportunities to take this Listening Self-Assessment Exercise (L - SAE) and you will be shown an average score. However, SAEs do not factor into your overall course grade. SAEs are available to you to assess your mastery of module concepts thus far. It is strongly recommended that you take advantage of the opportunity to self-evaluate your understanding of module content in a quiz setting. Again, SAEs do not factor into your overall course grade.
To do well on this listening self-assessment exercise, you should:
- Take good notes from each audio file.
- Write down what you hear if you need to. Treat it like a dictée, pausing the audio file and writing down the words. First, you will write down what you hear in the audio files.
- Listen closely to each audio file, which is describing an image.
- Use your notes to answer the questions found in the listening self-assessment exercise for Les défis mondiaux module.
