Conjugating -IR verbs
Remember that there are three groups of verbs in French: -ER verbs, -RE verbs, and -IR verbs. You have already learned how to conjugate -ER and -RE verbs. Now you will learn how to conjugate -IR verbs.
Remember, when we talk about conjugating verbs, we are just talking about making the verb agree with the subject.
Note the endings below for -IR verbs.

grandir | to grow (up) |
grossir | to gain weight |
maigrir | to lose weight |
obéir (à quelqu’un) | to obey (someone) |
réagir | to react |
réfléchir | to reflect |
réussir (à) | to succeed (at) |
vieillir | to grow old |
