Welcome to Durable Skills course

Welcome to Durable Skills

In today’s fast-paced world, success goes beyond just having technical knowledge. While knowledge once doubled every 25 years, it's now doubling roughly every 12 to 18 months due to rapid advancements in technology and science. This means it's impossible to know everything in your field.

Instead, employers are increasingly valuing candidates with strong "durable skills"—those essential abilities that remain valuable despite changes in technology. This course will focus on honing these critical skills, including critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity, and digital literacy. Through interactive activities and real-world examples, you’ll learn how these skills apply in everyday situations and boost your career and personal growth.

We use '21st Century Skills' and 'Durable Skills' interchangeably in this course to emphasize the key competencies needed for modern success. Let’s get started and discover how mastering these skills can propel you forward!
