Hello Mathematicians! Today we will review ways that you can represent numbers.

Part 1 Directions:
- Click on the interactive drawing link below, and make a copy.
- Drag the number forms, expanded forms, and word forms to the matching rows. Make sure each row contains numbers of the same value, represented in different ways.

Part 2 Directions:
- Now that you have created your number forms chart, build each of the numbers using virtual base ten blocks.
- Draw each of the models in your math journal. For example, here is the number 618 built with base ten blocks, and a "quick draw." Notice how in the drawing, hundreds are represented with a box, tens are represented with a stick, and ones are represented with a small circle.
