Assignment Option #1: Food Allergies Acrostic

Create an Acrostic with the word Food Allergies, showing your understanding of the definition and effects. You may use any program including but not limited to Word, Powerpoint, or another application (approved by your instructor).

Assignment Option #2: Fact and Fiction

Create a powerpoint including 5 facts about food allergies & 5 myths about food allergies. Must include appropriate graphics for each, to enhance the material.
