Digital Citizenship

According to the Dictionary, citizenship is "the state of being vested with rights, privileges and duties of a citizen," or "the character of an individual being viewed as a member of society; behavior in terms of the duties, obligations, and functions of a citizen." In short, citizenship is a gift that comes with obligations and responsibilities. We live in an increasingly digital world and our residence and citizenship in that world also comes with rights and responsibilities.
