Explain how you know that you are traveling at a high speed.  Of the five senses that you have what information is each gathering to indicate that you are moving at a high speed.  Relate these to a time you were actually traveling at a high speed.  How could your knowledge of your speed have data added to determine a rough idea of your velocity?
