Do some research to find out what a "Frame of Reference" is.  Take some time to think through the definition then answer the following questions.

1.  What is the normal Frame of Reference we use when describing motion.

2.  Give an example of a time in your life when you used some other frame of reference.  What were you doing?  What was the frame of reference? 

3.  In the example above, how did you know that you were no longer using the Earth as your frame of reference?

4.  If you used the Earth as the frame of reference in the situation above, how might you have acted differently?
