Grades are important and we want you to understand them

Your grade in personal fitness is made up of categories that carry different weights. The exercise-related categories carry the most weight, and your workouts are worth half of your grade. All of your assignments, quizzes, and discussions make up 20% of your grade, and your final exam at the end of the course is worth 20% as well. Feedback is provided by your instructor to help answer questions about your grade and any material you don’t understand.
