Did you notice the words in italics above? Those are adjectives. Adjectives are words that describe nouns. In French, adjectives can be masculine (m), feminine (f), or plural (pl) depending on the noun that they describe. In other words, if the noun is masculine, the adjective is also masculine. We will learn more about how adjectives agree with nouns later. For now, see if you can find some patterns based on the examples above. Complete the embedded activity below to verify your patterns.
