Language notes

  • 左上角
    • It means the top left corner. And the other three corners are "右上角 (top right corner) " "右下角(lower right corner) " "左下角(lower left corner) "

 

  • 第一行
    • It means the first line. The way to show order is " 第+number +measure word". For example, 第二个， 第三本，第四张，第五件 etc.

 

  • 关于
    • Here it is used as an attributive modifier, it is usually placed after the verb, and you should always add a " 的 ". Such as the example in text, " 关于上次谈到的广告 (About the Advertisement we talked about last time) ".

 

  • 就
    • It signifies the subject matter to be discussed by the performer of an action. Usually it is more formal.
