CrestThreads logoThroughout this course, you will learn about CrestThreads, a fictitious small business that began a generation ago when the Rodriguez family began creating custom-designed t-shirts. As you progress through each module in this course, you will be introduced to different aspects of this fictitious business and will be asked to apply your learning within the module to specific scenarios and situations.

The name of the business, CrestThreads, was developed to express the passion of the Rodriguez family for their hometown of Crestwood in conjunction with high-quality unique clothing that could reflect one’s personality. CrestThreads was founded with a simple product idea: custom-designed t-shirts. Customers could choose from a wide range of designs including slogans and celebrated local landmarks. Over the years, CrestThreads has expanded its product line to include not only t-shirts but also hoodies, caps, and even accessories like custom-designed pins and patches. The business has grown over the years and now the Rodriguez family employs members of the local community.
