PFE - Preparing for the AP Exam Module Overview
Preparing for the AP Exam Module Overview
Introduction
AP Chemistry is a course that is designed to be equivalent to a first year college chemistry course including the laboratory component. At the end of this year long course, students take a national exam administered by The College Board. This exam is designed to test the ability of students to perform calculations, understand and analyze chemical principles, and think through and communicate those principles clearly. Satisfactory performance on this exam can potentially earn students credit for this course in college.
This module will cover some basic logistics and prepare you for the format of the exam itself. It is highly recommended that you also review content in the AP Classroom that your instructor has released for you. This will help you when preparing for the content of the exam itself.
