Assignment
Now we will see how well you can identify the rights citizens have that are protected by Due Process. In the interactive activity below, you will see eight different scenarios on moveable pieces. You will read the scenario and decide if it is ‘TRUE’ or ‘FALSE.’ Once you decide, move the corresponding scenario to the correct column. Turn your activity in when you are finished.
