Assignment
You will use Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s words and ideas to inspire a drawing that you will create on your own paper using pencil, crayons, colored pencils, watercolors, markers, or anything else you have available. It can be a portrait of Dr. King Jr. or a collage of words and drawings that represent ideas from his speech. The goal is for you to be inspired by his speech and create anything that helps you to remember his words and his heart. You may also choose to create this as a type of digital format.
When you are finished, you will share your art and tell us about what you did and why. You will upload your video to Flip. Don’t forget to share your art with us!
