Lesson 4: Graphic Analysis Response
Introduction
In this lesson, we will take a look at a map of Europe, Japan, a graphic about occupation in Germany, and make observations based on what we see, know, and think.
Focus Questions:
What were the causes for World War II?
Today, we will pick up where we left off in lesson 3. You will use the information from the maps, infographic, and your observations to create a response in Flip.
Assignment
Use the information you studied and gathered in the previous lesson to respond in Flip to the following question:
With Germany and Japan starting to occupy other countries, what do you think the United States should do?
It is important to remember that the United States did NOT want to get involved in another world war.
Construct a 2-3 minute response and record it in Flip.
Go to the next page to complete the Graphic Analysis Flip
We will see soon enough what the United States decided to do in response to Germany and Japan.
