Lesson 10 - Comparing and Contrasting Animal and Plant Cells
Introduction
Now that we have learned about cells and organelles, we need to make sure that we understand what organelles animal and plant cells have in common and what organelles plant cells have that animal cells do not.
We’ll be making a graphic organizer in our Science Journals to make sure we have that in our notes and so that can use that to better understand the similarities and differences between animal and plant cells.
How Animal and Plant Cells are Similar and Different
Directions:
-
- Grab your Science Journal and a pencil.
- Write down today’s Lesson Title at the top of your next Journal page.
- Write today’s learning objective on the first line.
- Watch the Module 2 - Lesson 10 video below.
- Watch the video on and complete the Venn diagram comparing and contrasting plant and animal cells in your journal.
- Once you have completed your Interactive Venn diagram, make sure to copy it down in your science journal
