Introduction

Hi Readers! Inferencing is one of the most important things you will do as a reader. It helps us understand not only what the author is saying, but what the author is choosing NOT to say.

During your reading, today, choose a nonfiction text. Think about some inferences that you could make about the text and write them down. The author wants us to understand that... I can tell the author has knowledge about the text because. What could another title of this text be called? Why?
