Introduction

Last week, we learned about prepositions and prepositional phrases. This week, we will use our knowledge to create a prepositional phrase treasure map online! See the video below for more directions.

Prepositions show relationships between other words in a sentence, according to the following categories. LOCATION above after below behind beneath between by in in front of into next to on over under MOVEMENT across around against away from into from on onto off over past to through towards up TIME at ago before in on during for until till since A preposition always needs an object. The object of the preposition is a noun (or word/phrase acting as a noun) that follows a preposition and completes its meaning. A prepositional phrase has three parts. It has the preposition, the object of the preposition, and the modifiers of the object.

Introduction

There are many important people that are responsible for putting on a production like a play or drama. 

Roles in a Play Plays are meant to be PERFORMED! Actors and/or musicians are the characters. Director tells the actors and others what to do during the production. Set designers design the play.
