Helping/Linking Verbs

Introduction

Hello grammarians! For the past few weeks, we have been reviewing verbs. This week, we will be focusing on helping and linking verbs. 

Linking verbs are verbs that join the main part of the sentence (the subject) with the rest of the sentence (the predicate).

Today, we will be learning the RACE strategy to help us answer questions using text evidence.
