In your research, you will answer some important questions about some of the most influential abolitionists, how they contributed to change, and what challenges they may have faced in doing so. Follow the example given with Harriet Tubman.

  • Frederick Douglass

  • John Brown

    • Use the Google Document linked in the introduction to guide your research.  It will make a copy of the document.  Up in the left corner, name the document: Your name’s Abolitionists Research

    • Be sure to use a safe search engine.

    • Focus on what this person did to help end slavery, and what challenges they overcame.

    • You will use this document for two days..
