Time travelers, it’s time to meet the MVPs of the American Revolution. Did you notice any of the names in our last lesson? Can you think of any ways these people may have had an influence on the outcome of the American Revolution?

Over the next three days, you will continue to conduct investigative research. In your research, you will meet the individuals that were influential during the American Revolution. You will be using the document on the next page. As you work, really describe how this person influenced the conflict. Today, you will research the first three people on the document.

Today, you will complete the first 3 people: 

  • King George III

  • Benjamin Franklin

  • George Washington

    • Use the Google Document linked in the assignment on the next page to guide your research.  It will make a copy of the document.  Up in the left corner, name the document: Your name’s People Research

    • Be sure to use a safe search engine.

    • Type a description for each of the people and include how they influenced the American Revolution.

    • You will use this document over the next 2 days.
