Investigate: The Flow of Energy - Day 12

Introduction

In the last lesson, you reached back into your 3rd grade brain to make sure you remembered the science of heat energy. You were reminded that heat energy can flow, or be transferred, into objects… AND that the flow of heat energy can be slowed by using materials to prevent energy from being transferred.

All of these things are important to know and they WILL connect to the flow of energy in the water cycle.

There is one more concept we must review in order to move on to our “deeper dive” into the water cycle… MATTER!
