Partial Quotient

Introduction

Mathematicians!  Learning a different strategy for dividing whole numbers will offer you the opportunity to think more flexibly about how we can use numbers to compute quicker.  As you learned in the previous lesson, being able to use the relationship between division and multiplication will lead to the mastery of division, no  matter the strategy.  Use this relationship in the task to follow when you will use these partial quotients to figure out the quotient as well as choose the set of partial quotients that do not match the rest.  Good luck mathematicians!
