Using Rectangular Models and Partial Products

Introduction

Mathematicians, in this lesson, we are going to use rectangular models to multiply numbers with two digit factors.  As you work today, think about how this strategy links to the use of the area model in the last lesson. Also, how can you use this strategy to help move you to using the partial product strategy we used in module 6 while multiplying single digit factors by multi digit numbers.
