Hello Second Graders!

Your next writing is going to be all about you. Throughout this year, you have written narratives, opinion, and information pieces. You have researched many different topics, written stories about your adventures, written stories about fictional characters, and shared your thoughts and opinions about many different topics. This week you are going to begin an opinion writing all about yourself. Let’s review what opinion writing is, and then you will create a self-portrait of yourself.
