3. Practice reading “Butterfly Fluency” aloud once without recording to practice expression and accuracy.
4. Read “Butterfly Fluency” aloud while recording yourself reading the story.

Hello second graders!

Today, we are going to practice our fluency by working on expression and accuracy when reading. Remember, expression means you do not sound like a robot. Accuracy means you read as many words as you can without mistakes or sounding out words. After you practice reading aloud the story by yourself, you will record yourself reading the story.
