🔺 Writing Week 23.4 Where Would You Hide Your Treasure?

Where Would You Hide Your Treasure?

 Introduction

Hello Second Graders!

Today you will finish your graphic organizer and begin to write your story in your writing journal. Use your graphic organizer to organize and plan your writing. Think about what you learned about compound and complex sentences. Include them in your writing where appropriate. They should make your writing flow better and sound less choppy. Go back and review compound and complex sentences. When you are writing in your journal, look for simple sentences you can combine to make compound sentences, and look for thoughts you can combine into a complex sentence.
