 Introduction

Hello Second Graders!

Today you are going to learn about the conclusion for opinion writing.  You will learn ways to end your writing with an impact and make your reader think about your opinion. You will begin to plan for your writing about buried treasure. You will complete a graphic organizer using your opinion about where you would bury your treasure.

Buried Treasure Opinion Writing

You will begin your opinion writing piece about where to bury a secret treasure.  Think about where you would bury treasure and why. Write your introduction to your opinion writing. Make sure you include your opinion and where the treasure should be buried. Then begin writing your reasons why you think that is the best place for the treasure.
