This week and last week you read about two important African Americans in Georgia’s history. I want you to read both of these texts again. First, listen to the text “Martin Luther King Jr.” Then, listen to the text “Jackie Robinson". While you're reading each text, think about how these two historical figures are the same and how they are different. Take notes of these similarities and differences while you are reading. Then, you will complete a compare and contrast activity.
