Ridge and Valley Region Highlights

I hope you have enjoyed traveling through the different regions of Georgia.  The Ridge and Valley region is very unique in that it shares some of the characteristics and topographical features of the other regions.  With it having both high and low lands, the climate has a lot of humidity, like the Plains, and has hills, mountain ridges, and waterfalls like the Blue Ridge Region.  By now, you are becoming familiar with creating your own slide, get creative and think about ways you can highlight this region.  I look forward to seeing them!

Students Will:

• Will look at some more pictures of the Ridge and Valley Region to help gain a better understanding
• Create a Ridge and Valley presentation
