In this lesson, we’ll continue to increase our understanding of rows and columns by using manipulatives (like cereal) to create arrays. We’ll deepen our understanding of the relationship between arrays and their related repeated addition equations. We’ll also identify rows, columns, and total squares, and create a repeated addition sentence for a given array to show the total amount in each array. Have fun exploring arrays and practicing your math skills!
