This module is the first in the Reasoning with Equal Groups unit. During this module, we’ll use real-life objects to determine whether a number is odd or even through building numbers with manipulatives to see and feel even “not bumpy” or odd “bumpy” numbers. We will use drawings and words to describe the fair share and why it is fair.
