Reading Day 3: Using Illustrations to Describe

Introduction

Welcome readers! Today we will begin reading a chapter book. Most chapter books have few or no illustrations. Chapter book readers pay attention to details and visualize the story's characters, setting, and events as they read. We will work on our visualization skills, read one book chapter, and describe one narrative element.
