Reading Day 5: Key Details

 

Introduction:

Today is the end of week 3. This week we read nonfiction books. We focused on key details and the facts we learned from our nonfiction text. We made predictions before we read, we asked questions while we read and we asked questions after reading. Today you will listen to the story, Animals in the City. Our purpose for reading is to identify and name animals that may be in a city. Listen to the story. When you finish, grab your learning coach and complete the graphic organizer below.
