Introduction

This week we will be learning more about Black History Month. We will look at different influential people and see how they have helped shape our nation and made the world a better place!

 Today we will learn about the mathematician, Katherine Johnson. She used her math skills to help astronauts orbit the Earth.

Day 1: Today you will continue your research project. You will need to choose an influential African American to research. You will then create either a lap book, theme park poster, or write an informational story.
