Day 1: Sound

Introduction

This week we will be learning about sound. We all know what sounds are, but this week we are going to dive deeper into how sounds are made. We will learn about vocabulary words such as frequency, amplification, and pitch. Throughout the week, you will get to create your own experiments to learn what these words mean. 

Today we are learning about some key vocabulary words: frequency, amplification, and pitch. You are going to get to try out two different experiments to help you understand these terms.

In your journal: Today you will write and or draw about the experiments you did. Write about what you noticed while doing the activities as much as possible.
