Phonics: Module 32, Lesson 2 (Day 157): Build Automaticity with Adverb Suffixes

Phonics: Lesson 2 - Build Automaticity with Adverb Suffixes

Introduction

Yesterday, we learned about adverb suffixes.

  • Remember, a suffix is a letter or group of letters placed at the end of a word to create a new word.
  • The endings -ly, -ily, -ways, and -wise are adverb suffixes. Adverbs with these suffixes tell how or in what manner.
