Today (Day 5), you will be working on the first section of your report or your Introduction. It is entitled "What is a _[your animal name]_?" For this section, begin your report with a hook and a thesis statement. Use your research notes, specialized vocabulary, and any interesting tidbits you learned about your animal. Get your readers hooked and wanting to read more. Use lots of action words and descriptions to bring your animal to life.
