Introduction
Today, you will blend compound words and read words to develop fluency.
Yesterday, we learned about compound words. We know that compound words are made up of two or more smaller words. Knowing the meanings of the smaller words can often, but not always, help you figure out the meaning of the compound word.
Let’s practice building our reading fluency by completing the Build Automaticity with Compound Words.
