Revisit the Ready for Work Module in the CTAE Foundations Module (see below for location) and view the Cover Letters, Resume, and Follow-up Letters presentation.  After you have done so, complete the following.

  1. Create a cover letter using a word processing program and address it to a company you desire employment or school you desire admission.
  2. Create a functional resume to showcase your education, skills, abilities, and other categories required by your teacher.
  3. Access your Canvas ePortfolio and create a section titled Employment Documents. Add a pages within the section for your cover letter and resume.  Upload both documents to the appropriate pages.
  4. Generate a link and submit it to the dropbox.
  5. Click on the links below to view employment document resources.
