Digital data is used by everyone. It has become a creative art form. Digital data is stored in the computer as a series of 1s and 0s that make it easy to manipulate and change using different algorithms and software tools. Different software tools available make it easy for everyone to create and modify digital data. Different programs require certain file types when working with digital data. It is important to understand the different file types and how to easily convert digital data from one to another using various software tools.      

Arrays are an important data structure for storing multiple things of the same type. Images are a 2D array of pixels that can be accessed and changed to create different image effects by looping through the rows and columns and accessing the individual pixel element. Algorithms have been developed to change the red, green, and blue value of the pixels to alter the appearance.
