Introduction
We all have trivial things that we do that others may consider odd. But you would be surprised to find out how many people like yourself do certain behaviors, like only sleeping on one side of a huge bed or arranging your clothes in color coded order. This does not mean you have a psychological disorder; this means you are normal! What we are concerned with in the psychological world are behaviors and thoughts that meet the three D's: deviant, distressful, and dysfunctional. Intrigued? Read on to find out!
