An image of blackboard has the words "Peer Review" written on it in chalk.Peer Review and Publishing

You are ALMOST ready to publish your major research essay. There is one more step to take: peer review. Think of peer review as a “vetting” process that your paper goes through. At the collegiate and professional level, peer review takes much time and involves numerous individuals who are knowledgeable in your field of study. For this class, peer review will consist of one classmate who will read through your essay and offer any feedback they have regarding content, style, or mechanics. Following this peer review, you will make any last-minute edits or revisions to your essay before publishing!
