Introduction

There are many factors that go into how your employer pays you for your service. You can be paid hourly or with a yearly or piecework salary. You can earn bonuses and tips or receive overtime pay. You can collect a paycheck weekly, biweekly, monthly, or semimonthly. There are so many different elements that play a part in how much you earn in each paycheck.
