For this lab, you will need to go to the store to obtain two jars of baby food: one fruit (applesauce, pears, peaches, etc.) and one vegetable (green peas, carrots, squash, etc.). Then, obtain the same fruit or vegetable contained in the jars you purchased (in its natural form) and make your own baby food with them. Simple steam the item and then puree with a little water.

- Give 3 examples of the food for each stage that would be purchased at a store (you can find this out by going to the store or looking online at Target/Walmart

Prepare a PowerPoint with all the details for each stage, neatly organized, and submit when finished.
