Create a meal plan for 3 days meeting all the My Plate requirements as well as the around 2000 calories recommendation, not more than 60 grams of fat, and under 2400 mg of sodium. You will use the MyPlate pdf you downloaded from the previous assignment to plan out what your meal plan should look like. The plan must contain at least 3 well balanced meals and at least one snack per day.

You will be filling in the following information for each day. Each meal plan should differ in food choices. Do not just copy and paste the same menu for all 3 days.
- Name of Food
- Type of Food Category (starch, protein, diary, fat, etc)
- Serving Size (½ cup, 8 oz, etc)
- How many servings or number of items
- Total Calories for the Food (may need to multiply depending on serving amount)
- Total Fat for the Food Item
- Total Sodium for the Food Item
- Total Calories, Fat, and Sodium for the day
