Pretend you are a personal trainer and your own parent has come to you for nutrition and exercise advice. Using the templates provided, create a 3 day eating plan including meals and snacks (assess their calorie demands and expenditure) with a variety of foods to choose from and calorie counts. Then, create a 7 day exercise plan using cardio, strength training and stretching. Remember to account for rest days. You should take into account any injuries or pre-existing conditions. Also, consider their current level of physical activity and shape.
