(ASP) Getting Started in App Development Lesson

Getting Started in App Development

For this course, we are using App Inventor 2.  App Inventor is a cloud based application. App Inventor is an example of an Integrated Development Environment (IDE), which means that all of the software tools needed to design, develop, and test a mobile Android app are integrated within the App Inventor platform. Since it is cloud based, it will run completely within a browser.

Google Account

In order to build apps with App Inventor you will need a Google account. If you don't already have an account, visit the Google Signup Form link provided in the sidebar and follow the instructions for setting up an account.
