Game Over
Game over is a signal in video games that the play has ended. There are different scenarios or conditions that end a game depending on the type of game.
- When lives equal zero
- When a score is successfully achieved
- When the princess is saved
- When the treasure is found
- When the bird collides with the pipes or ground
These are all examples of types of behaviors that could end a game.
Normally when a game ends it displays information to the player that shows the state of game and provides an option for the player to restart the game.
When the game is over, messages about the game state are displayed. Examples could be:
- Score
- High Score
- Awards achieved
